Palm Sunday Praise Singers

On Palm Sunday Emma and her Sunday school classmates sang on stage. They sang a few bible songs. Emma didn't really sing, she did more of a palm branch show/fight with the other kids. Either way it was nice to see her up there enjoying herself.

The Boeckner 4

Pretty soon here we will have to change our blog to TheBoeckner4 rather than 3. Looks like June 19th will be the date of delivery our our little nameless boy. These pictures were taken in CA by my sister. Now that Emma actually likes taking pictures we were able to get some family pictures. I was really happy with the way they turned out.

A Day in LA

We went to LA for a day to eat at the famous Pink's Hot Dogs. I gotta say, it is a darn good hot dog. Luckily the line wasn't wrapped around the building as usual. I had the regular chili cheese dog, Emma had her staple mustard dog (dog and bun separate, of course) and Bo had this massive bacon chili cheese, burrito dog. Uncle Roger was there too and he had the chili dog too (great minds think alike.) After lunch we went to Universal City Walk where Bo made me walk into the Dodger store. I felt so ashamed. Luckily he didn't buy anything and disgrace himself as an Angel fan. As we were leaving Roger HAD to tell Bo that they sell Dodger dogs in the food park. So up the escalator we went to her a Dodger dog. Of course Bo couldn't help but say "Farmer John" in the Vin Scully voice. Personally I don't see the big whoop about the Dodger dog, must be because I'M AN ANGEL FAN!!!!!!!

OC Zoo

One one of our days in CA we went to the Orange County Zoo. It should be called the Orange County Park. It was so small but it was fun to see the animals. After we went on the train ride. Jakers and Emma
had great time together. Next visit maybe we can make it to the San Diego Zoo

Baby Garlic

On our trip to California We got to meet the newest and smallest family member. Little Miss Scarlett. Emma has a bit of trouble pronouncing "Scarlett" though. It comes out a bit like "Garlic"
